Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of a store credit.
Returns are only considered if item(s) are received damaged, defective or incorrect. We do not return or exchange item(s) because of size issues so please refer to size chart and use your best judgement when ordering. Due to items being imported, the cost of return is extremely high and the process is too long.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside of a single return package, this could slow down the process and your return will require additional time. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

If for anyyour return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or final sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Additional Information Regarding Returns
- If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service within 7 days info@beautifulcollections365.com so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange. To ensure eligibility, we recommend trying items on carefully.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additional Refund Information
Refunds to the original form of payment may be issued on an order in the event that you order:
- Is canceled by Beautiful Collections 365
- One or more items sold out since your orders was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damage, defective or incorrect
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the waybill, as this is not our return address. Refunds cannot be processed for items sent to incorrect locations. Please contact our customer service team for detailed return process, otherwise return may fail. Thank you for your cooperation!
