Our shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Please note: We are not responsible for stolen packages delivered to the address entered at the time order was placed.

 

                SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We ship all over the United States. All our shipping prices are in US Dollar (USD).   Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.

Logistic Methods: Air freight, dedicated line parcel, etc. DHL DELIVERY 

  • Processing Time: 1-4 days (Monday-Friday) after order is placed
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days, No  Faster Delivery Offered 
  • Costs: Flat Rate $10                           

                     DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Delays: These times are average shipping times.  During the busy holiday seasons, sales periods, etc., your orders may not always be delivered within the specific delivery timeframes and exceptions should be allowed. Please note the timeframe is only an estimation as there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping. We can't make any guarantees on shipping times and we are unable to provide compensation for any unexpected delivery delays once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.                                                                              

Custom Charges: The charges within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's custom charges and levies prior to placing an order. Beautiful Collections 365 is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

 

Track Your Order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For U.S Domestic orders, we will use DHL Delivery to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost will be displayed at the point of checkout

Shipping Fees 

Our shipping rate has been set at a flat rate of $10 but is subject to change at any time as international delivery costs may increase.
